Sebastien Riffault's Sauvingnon Blanc is the maverick of the Sancerre apellation. It's sometimes spicy, ranging from translucent petal-green to jewel-bright and cloudy amber in colour, and always bold and delicate in the same sip. These wines are a testatment to honest, lieu-dit winemaking. Sebastien will be visiting Gaarden og Gaden to present the Akmenie series, talk about his methods and take any questions you may have.
